Name of the Post - Radiologist, Maharashtra Medical & Health Services, Grade - A
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
(1) He should attend the Hospital at 8.30 a.m. daily and should not leave the Hospital till work is over.
(2) He should take a complete round of the patients under his unit every morning and before leaving
the Hospital.
(3) He should attend the emergencies as required and should communicate about the case to the Head
of the Institute as and when required.
(4) He should insured discipline, punctuality, regularity and courteous conduct amongst staff members.
He should set up a standard in all these matters by his own example.
(5) He should strive to maintain congenial relations with public and cooperate with Head of Institute /
Civil Surgeon and Resident Medical Officers in all matters.
(6) He should attend any other work assigned by Head of unit or Civil Surgeon.
(7) He is responsible for professional and administration matters in respect of X-ray section including
protection from Radiation Hazards.
