Duties and Responsibilities - ASSISTANT REGISTRAR IN THE MAHARASHTRA ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL

DUTIES OF ASSISTANT REGISTRAR IN THE MAHARASHTRA ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL
1. To supervise and control the work in the Establishment,Accounts and Judicial Section. (As per the
orders of the Registrar)
2. To execute and complete the work relating to correspondence received by the office as per the
directions of the Registrar.
3. To control the overall work of Establishment, Accounts and Judicial Section.
4. To scrutinize the cases relating to Establishment, Accounts and Judicial Section and make submissions to the Hon'ble Chairman, Vice Chairmen, Members and Registrar.
5. To audit all the noting, Registers, Record, notifications and circulars received from the Government, synchronization of the same and maintenance of the same properly in the office.
6. To maintain all the office furniture, requirement of the furniture in the office and complete the process regarding purchase of the new furniture, if required.
7. To get the work done from the subordinate staff as per the directions given by the Registrar.
8. To control the Government vehicles under the establishment of Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, to maintain the vehicls and scrutinize the applications received by the drivers for repairs of the vehicles and for the petrol in the vehicles and make necessary applications in that respect to the
Registrar and Hon'ble Chairman.
9. To complete all the work as per the directions of the Hon'ble Chairman, Vice Chairmen, Members,
Registrar and Deputy Registrar.
10. To check up whether the Articles mentioned in the Dead Stock Register are kept properly as mentioned in the Dead Stock Register.
11. To check up whether any Dead Stock Article requires maintenance and whether they are repairable and make report to the Registrar in that respect every year in the month of March/April.
12. To check up whether the articles mentioned in the Dead Stock Register are completely irreparable and condemnable and make report to the Registrar in that respect every year in the month of March / April and complete the procedure regarding condemanation of the same as per the rules relating to
Destruction of Record.
13. To control the overall work in the Judicial Section.
14. To execute the work relating to correspondence received by the office as per the directions of the
Hon'ble Registrar.
15. To control and comply personally the work relating to Writs received from the Hon'ble Supreme Court and High Court.
