Duties and Responsibilities of the post of Associate Professor in Anaesthesiology -
Advt. No. 298 & 299
i) He / she will be in charge of a unit which will consist of Lecturers, Registrars and House Officers.
ii) He / she will be responsible for the proper administration of Anesthesia to patients in the operation theaters.
iii) He / she will train and teach to under graduate House Officers trainees and post graduates.
iv) He / she will attend post-graduate seminars in the Department.
v) He / she will remain on call for emergency.
vi) He / she will do research work and publish the results or read a paper in conference.
vii) He / she will be responsible for all anaesthetic management in his operation theatre.
viii) He / she will help the Professor in running the department.
ix) He / she will attend any other work allotted by the Professors or Dean.
