Name of the Post:-Administrative Officer, General State Service, Gr-B, Directorate of Medical Education & Research, Mah. Medical Education & Research Service.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES


1) He/She will be incharge of Administrative side of institution and incharge of the day to day
administration of office, Hospital, College etc.
2) He/She will be the Drawing & Disbursing officer of the Institution to which he/she will be
posted. He/She will deal with accounts matters and will be responsible for cash transactions of
the institution.
3) He/She will answered to the requirements of the Audit Department i.e. disposal audit notes
and objections, compliance of the store verification reports.
4) He/She will be responsible for the budgetary control of the institution
5) He/She will be responsible for the disposal of non-professional and routine correspondence of
the institution.
6) He/She will attend promptly to the complaints from the public.
7) He/She will responsible to the Dean / Superintendent in the discharge of his/her duties.
