(1) Planning diet of burn and plastic surgery as per medical requirements.
(2) Maintenance of record of each patients diet & nutritive value.
(3) Supervision of supply of diet to each burn case while on duty.
(4) Counselling patient & his relatives regarding diet.
(5) To carry out research on nutrition under the guiedence of Head.
(6) To carry out any other work allotted by Head of the Department & Dean, J.J. Group of Hospitals, Mumbai.
