Medical Record Officer, Govt. Medical College. MME&RS, Gr-B.

1.To check biostatistical work and completion of Annual Report, S.T.D. Report, Leprosy Report, stay
in Hospitals, Heart Diseases, Major - Minor Operations, Details Of the Hospital Report, Statistical
Information regarding the Hospital Morbality and Mortality.
2. To see the monthly communicable Diseases Report, Malaria Report, Clinical P.M. Report are ready
for disposal at each and every month.
3. To see that Passive Surveillance Reports are submitted within time.
4. To see M I S - 150 indicators are prepared and submitted within time.
5. To see that monthly Bulletin of the Hospital submitted to higher Authorities.
6. To supervise the work of O.P.D. patitents, maintenance of O.P.D. Clerks i.e. daily issue of case
papers to O.P.D. patients, maintenance of O.P.D. register, daily and monthly attendance of these
respective counters etc.
7. To supervise the work of C.M.O. caders i.e. issue of indoor case papers to in patients, maintenance
of indoor Register, O.P.D. Register, M.L.C. Register and various type of Records. The maintenance of
the daily, monthly O.P.D. attendents and indoor attendents.
8. To supervise the work of sister in-charge of labour as for death record of mother or birth and
neonatal death.
