Professor - Pathology in Government Medical College, MME&RS, Gr-A.

i) To be incharge of the Department of Pathology.
ii) To responsible for teaching programme of under- graduate and post-graduate students
and for allotting the duties to the other member of the staff in the Department.
iii) To guide junior members of the staff in the Department in their research activities and
post- graduate studies.
iv) To be responsible for laboratory service to hospital in pathology, Microbiology,
Parasitology, Micrology, verology.
v) To arrange emergency service in the above branches.
vi) To be responsible for pathological investigation or Urine or other samples sent from the
peripheral centre.
vii) To trace out the research in Pathology and Immunology.
viii) To do any other work that may be assigned to him by Dean / Principal from time to
time.
